Allegro by Kornit Digital Review

A new digital pigment printing system was unveiled by Kornit Digital, taking shape in the Kornit Allegro, which is designed to be more cost-effective and lesser in the overall consumption and use of water and energy when talking about print production modes for textiles.

Working on a single-line production model, the new Kornit Allegro works on the shortest textile printing cycle which covers the preparation aspect, the final finishing of printed textiles and fabrics, and everything else in between.

Operating on Kornit Digital’s patented solution, the Kornit Allegro does away with external procedures and steps involved in the bulk printing of fabrics and textiles.

“We are very excited about this new solution. Because the Kornit Allegro eliminates the need for special fabric preparation and post-print wet processes, we truly believe this solution will revolutionize the textile printing industry,” shares Ofer Ben-Zur, CEO, Kornit Digital.

Kornit Digital recently received its GOTS approval standard for the implementation of its CMYK and White water-based inks this year. Being GOTS approved, Kornit Digital’s inks are essentially eco-friendly non-toxic solutions, free from heavy-metals and formaldehyde.

Also biodegradable, the GOTS certification also enhances the traceability variables of Kornit’s eco-friendly and healthy inks.

With the advent of newer developments in enhanced organic textile productions, Kornit Allegro comes as great news, the matching textile and fabric printing solution for organic sustainable fabrics and fibers.

With vividly rich color tone outputs and hues, Kornit Allegro is not only a streamlined textile printing model made real, but a revolutionary innovation which satisfies textile print demands and the standards of sustainable production procedures and protocols making it worth the buy.
